La guirlande lumineuse

A lovely light garland in Swedish embroidery, made up of ten small embroidered lampshades that individually dress the lights of the garland.

This original model combines Swedish embroidery with decoration to create a luminous and colorful object. Each small light is surrounded by an embroidered fabric cone, allowing the light to filter through and beautifully highlighting the patterns.

Three different Swedish embroidery patterns are offered. They are made using the running stitch with DMC Étoile thread, chosen in three colors: blue, red, and green. Its slightly sparkling appearance adds an extra touch of brightness to the creation.

The patterns are embroidered separately on Zweigart Gerstenkorn fabric, then cut out using the provided template. A transparent adhesive protective film reinforces the back of each embroidery before forming the small cones.

The garland consists of 10 embroidered elements: four green patterns, three red, and three blue. Once assembled around the small lights, they form a decorative garland of about 1 meter.

A whimsical creation that allows for a reinterpretation of traditional Swedish embroidery to create a modern, colorful, and luminous decorative object.
