The Soie Perlée® Au Ver à Soie is a thread made of pure silk composed of 3 twisted strands, both strong and with a beautiful shine.

Versatile, it is perfectly suited for traditional embroidery, counted cross stitch, cross stitch on linen or silk, and Hardanger. It is particularly suitable for linen fabrics of 12 to 14 threads/cm as well as fine antique canvases.

In sewing, its great strength also allows for topstitching, buttonholes, and sewing buttons, including on thick fabrics and leather.

A luminous and strong silk thread, ideal for many needlework projects.

Au Ver à Soie Soie Perlée® is a blend of 3 twisted strands with intense shine, made from Pure Silk, it is perfect for all uses in the field of needlework.

In sewing, it is an excellent thread, very strong for making topstitching on fabrics and leathers, sewing buttons, and making buttonholes.

Perfect on linen 12 or 14 threads per cm, ideal on slightly fine old canvas, pearl silk is also used in traditional embroidery, counted stitch, cross stitch on linen and silk, hardanger.
