Silk 1003 is a blend of 3 strands with moderate shine, made from schappe silk (combed silk), it is perfect for all uses in the field of needlework.
It does not twist in the needle and has excellent abrasion resistance. The base thread intended to be assembled later into strands receives a special initial twist that makes it a superior quality sewing and embroidery thread.

It can also be embroidered with a Lunéville hook size 80
